Are dental implants better than bridges?

In many cases dental implants are the best tooth replacement option. When replacing a single tooth, a dental implant looks and functions like a natural tooth. It won’t affect your healthy teeth in any way. Bridges require the healthy teeth to be reduced to support the crowns on each end of the bridge and may eventually become permanently damaged.
